The Private Residence Club is a FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP consisting of 11 (8 shares per unit), 2 bedroom/2 bath residences. Located in WaterColor south of Hwy. 30A, this building is directly across from the WaterColor Beach Club, Fish Out of Water Restaurant and the WaterColor Inn. Each owner owns a 1/8th interest in a specific unit and is guaranteed to receive 5 weeks per year with additional stay opportunity if avail. Owners receive one week per season and a fifth bonus flexible week. It is a great alternative to full time ownership on the beach in a professionally managed setting. Secondary bedroom has 2 king sized beds. These are non-rental so only owners, friends and guest may stay.
